PROCEEDS RECEIVED FROM DISPOSAL OF GLASS BUSINESS
Further to the announcement released by the Company on SENS on 28 February
2020, regarding the completion of the disposal of Nampak Glass
(“Disposal”),shareholders are hereby advised that the disposal was
effective as of midnight on 31 March 2020 and that the proceeds were received
in cash on 31 March 2020.
The final disposal price will be subject to adjustments to cater for final
working capital positions at 31 March 2020 and other adjustments
contemplated in the sale of business agreement.
