CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited’s Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr John Siddall has resigned as Director and Chairman of the Company with
effect from 31 March 2020.
The above change has resulted in vacancies in the Remuneration Committee, as well as the
Audit and Risk Committee. Mr. Masly Notirca, a non-executive director, has assumed the
position of Chairman in the interim.
The Board has commenced with the process of identifying suitable candidates to ensure that
the Remuneration Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee are correctly constituted.
