AVAILABILITY OF THE 2020-2021 NATIONAL BUDGET
Noteholders are advised that the tabling of the 2020-2021 national budget (“national budget”) of the Issuer
will be delayed until further notice.
The delay is the result of the State of Emergency that was declared by the Head of State on 18 March 2020, as
a measure to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus. One of the measures relates to the limitation of gatherings
to a threshold of 10 or less persons. In line with this measure, National Assembly is adjourned until further
notice.
