SENS – RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that the Board of directors of Netcare wishes to announce the
resignation of Lynelle Bagwandeen as Company Secretary with effect from 30 June
2020.
An announcement will be made in due course in connection with the appointment of
a Company Secretary.
The Board of directors of Netcare wish to express their sincere thanks to Lynelle for
her extraordinary contribution over the past nine years to Netcare and wish her well
in her future endeavours.
