CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that Mr Johann Lemmer, the current executive financial director (“CFO”) of
the Company, will resign with effect from 30 June 2020 in order to pursue an international career.
Ms Catherine Wolmarans will fulfil the role of acting CFO after 30 June 2020 until such time as the
Board finalises the appointment of a permanent CFO.
The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Lemmer for his dedication to the Company and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
