NOTIFICATION OF DELAY IN RELEASE OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND
INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are referred to the market notice issued by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA)
on 3 April 2020 in respect of the two-month extension of financial reporting periods afforded to issuers with
year-ends of 31 December 2019, 31 January 2020, 29 February 2020 and 31 March 2020
(“Extension Period”).
Shareholders are advised that the COVID-19 pandemic has impeded the Company’s ability to complete
the necessary work required and accordingly the Company will be utilising the Extension Period in respect
of the publication of its financial results and integrated annual report for the year ended 31 December 2019.
