Trading statement
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Cartrack is
publishing a trading statement for the year ended 29 February 2020 (“FY20”) and expects the FY20
results to fall within the following range:

In line with management expectations, the Group experienced strong subscription revenue and
earnings growth on the back of a fortress balance sheet.
The financial information contained in this trading statement has not been reviewed nor reported on
by the Group’s external auditors.
The Company expects to release its results for FY20 on 13 May 2020.
