NOTICE OF PASSING OF A DIRECTOR
The board of directors of Cognition (“Board”) regrets to announce with great sadness the sudden passing of
Mr. Petrus Gerhardus Greyling (“Piet”) on 13 April 2020.
Piet served as an Independent Non-executive director of Cognition since 17 September 2013. He was a
respected member of the Board and his significant contribution to the Group and wise counsel will be sorely
missed. Piet brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as strong principles and values.
The Board extends their thoughts and deepest sympathy to his family and Caxton during this difficult time.
