DELAY EXPECTED IN THE PUBLICATION OF INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), listed companies are required to issue
their consolidated interim financial results within a period of 3 months of the interim period end.
The Company wishes to advise shareholders that the publication of the Company’s consolidated interim
results for the six months ended 31 December 2019 (“Interim Financial Results”) has been delayed, and
that the publication of its the Interim Financial Results is expected by 30 April 2020.
