LISTING OF ADDITIONAL ASHBURTON GLOBAL 1200 EQUITY ETF SECURITIES
The JSE Limited has approved the listing of additional 160 000 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF
securities with effect from commencement of business on Friday, 17 April 2020, at an issue price
of approximately R 54.68 per security. Subsequent to this listing there will be 12 629 000 Ashburton
Global 1200 Equity ETF securities in issue.
