Update in respect of an investment in Crosscorn Proprietary Limited
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 December 2019 regarding the
conclusion of an agreement (“the Agreement”) with Crosscorn Proprietary Limited (“Crosscorn”) and the
Scipion Active Trading Fund, in terms of which Ecsponent would acquire 45.5% of the shares of Crosscorn
(“the Transaction”).
Shareholders are hereby advised that, due to current market conditions including the COVID-19 pandemic,
the Agreement has been cancelled and the Transaction will not proceed, however, the parties will continue
discussions while monitoring market conditions.
