EARLY REDEMPTION OF IBL112 NOTES (“IBL112 NOTES”)
Investec Bank Limited (“the Issuer”) has exercised its option to early redeem all of the IBL112
Notes in terms of item 51 of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the terms and
conditions set out in the Issuer’s Domestic Medium Term Note Programme as recorded in a
programme memorandum dated 4 September 2013, as follows:
