RESCHEDULING OF PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2020
Shareholders are advised that following the implementation of extended nationwide lockdowns in response to the
COVID-19 pandemic across South Africa and Spain, the anticipated date of publication of Vukile’s annual results
for the year ended 31 March 2020 (“the results”) has been rescheduled to Tuesday, 30 June 2020 (previously 9
June 2020).
Whilst still within the three-month time period in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, the postponement of
the date of publication of the results will provide the Company and its auditors with additional time required for
the completion of the audit fieldwork and finalisation of the results in both countries.
Circumstances relating to the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting lockdowns are fluid. Currently, indications
are that Vukile will be able to publish its results on 30 June 2020. The Company will continue to monitor the
situation and update shareholders as necessary.
