FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to Brimstone’s reviewed consolidated results for the year ended
31 December 2019 released on SENS on Tuesday, 10 March 2020 which included a capitalisation issue
(“Capitalisation Issue”) of 7 “N” Ordinary shares (“Capitalisation Shares”) for every 100 “N” Ordinary
and/or Ordinary shares held on Friday, 8 May 2020, being the record date to receive the Capitalisation
Shares.
The total number of new “N” Ordinary shares to be issued on Monday, 11 May 2020 is 17 326 702 shares.
In addition, shareholders are advised that Exchange Control approval has been obtained.
