received formal notification in the prescribed form advising that Coronation Asset Management
Proprietary Limited, on behalf of its clients has, in aggregate, disposed of a beneficial interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company held by it now amounts to 4.58% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
