FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019 AND NOTICE OF
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Afrox (“Shareholders”) are referred to the JSE Limited’s general announcement
published on SENS on 3 April 2020 regarding the market notice issued by the Financial Sector
Conduct Authority, affording certain issuers an extension pertaining to the financial reporting
timeframes referred to in the JSE Listings Requirements (“Market Notice”).
Shareholders are hereby advised that Afrox will be placing reliance on the extension period granted in
the Market Notice and it is expected that the distribution of the Company’s annual report, incorporating
the summarised annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 and the notice of
the the annual general meeting will be published on or about 29 May 2020.
