Shareholders of L2D are referred to the announcement released by Edcon on 29 April 2020 in relation
to its commencement of voluntary business rescue proceedings.
Edcon occupies 33 674m² (3.5%) of L2D’s total portfolio GLA at 31 March 2020. As per previous
communications, the investment in Edcon as part of the restructuring in March 2019 was carried at a
fair value of R17.5 million at 31 December 2019.
L2D management will review the business rescue plan once it is made available.
