NOTIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
Shareholders referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 March 2020 relating to the
termination of Deloitte & Touche as external auditors of SA Corporate due to the early adoption of
mandatory audit firm rotation and are advised that PricewaterhouseCoopers has been appointed as the
Company’s external auditors.
The appointment will be effective once the audit for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 has been
completed, which is expected to be no later than 30 June 2020.
