APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board of directors of Caxton has great pleasure in advising shareholders of the appointment of
Leon Witbooi as an Executive Director of the company with immediate effect.
Leon has an MBA from the University of Cape Town and has been with the group for 26 years in a
variety of positions. He currently heads the group’s Western Cape operations and brings with him a
wealth of knowledge of the industry and the group. Leon will add tremendous value at board level as
the group navigates its way through the current challenging environment.
