Limited has acquired further shares in the Company and its total beneficial
interest now amounts to 5.01% of the total number of shares in issue.
Formal notification has been received from Old Mutual Limited and Pick n Pay
Stores Limited has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
