RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the previous SENS announcements dated 26 March 2020 and
20 April 2020, regarding the posting of the Circular and notice of a general meeting.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the results of the voting at the general meeting of the
Company held at 14h00 on Thursday, 30 April 2020 via electronic participation as outlined on
the SENS released on Monday, 20 April 2020 (“GM”) are as follows:
