In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders of
ELB are hereby advised that Mr Johannes Christiaan van Zyl has been appointed as Chairman of the
board of directors of ELB (“Board”) with immediate effect.
Mr van Zyl was appointed to the Board in March 2015 as an independent non-executive director and
as the lead independent non-executive director.
The Board wishes Mr van Zyl well in his new role.
