APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Lee McCann has been
appointed as a chief executive officer and executive director of the Company with immediate
effect.
Currently serving as the Director of New Business Development at Sail Group. Lee joined
the group in early 2014 as Head of Trading where he was soon appointed as a Director. Prior
to joining the group, Lee spent over 6 years as a Market Analyst managing a wide range of
marketing processes and projects at Xstrata. With over 12 years of experience in the
commodity trading and resources space, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and
experience. Lee has an MBA and a B Com Hons Degree in Business Management.
The Board welcomes Mr McCann and looks forward to their contributions to the Company.
