CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on Monday, 4 May 2020 with regard to the
resignation of the Chairman of the Board of directors of Castleview (“Board”) and are advised that Mr David
Green has been appointed as Acting Chairman until such time as a permanent appointment is made. Mr Green,
who is an advocate, has been a non-executive director of Castleview since October 2017.
In addition, Mr Green has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
