COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL OF INTU PUERTO VENECIA
Following the announcement on 20 December 2019, intu properties plc has now completed
the sale of its interest in the intu Puerto Venecia shopping centre to Generali Shopping
Centre Fund S.C.S. SICAV-SIF and Union Investment Real Estate GMBH.
