of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, shareholders are hereby advised that Tongaat
Hulett has received formal notification that Artemis Investments (Pty) Ltd has
acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Artemis Investments (Pty) Ltd
now amounts to 7.4% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
