NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE COMPANY’S CREDIT RATING
Subsequent to the S & P Global Ratings(“S&P”) downgrade on the South African sovereign rating from “BB” to
“BB-“, Super Group is pleased to confirm that S&P has raised the Company’s long-term national scale rating to
'zaAAA' from 'zaAA' and affirmed the 'zaA-1+' short-term national scale rating.
