CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Ms Gloria Serobe has, due to additional community
commitments created by the Covid-19 pandemic in South Africa, resigned from the
Sasfin Board of Directors (“the Board”) with immediate effect.
The Board extends its appreciation to Gloria for her invaluable contribution to the
Sasfin Group during her tenure as a non-executive director and wishes her continued
success in all her future endeavours.
