DATE OF RESULTS PRESENTATION
Stakeholders are referred to the release of the Company’s results for the year
ended 29 February 2020 (“the results”), published on SENS on Monday, 18 May 2020.
In light of Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, Balwin’s management will host a
presentation on the results via Zoom on Thursday, 21 May 2020 at 14:00 (South
African time). A virtual question and answer session will follow the presentation.
