Shareholders are advised that Mr Ebrahim Seedat has notified the Company that he will be
retiring as director of SA Corporate with effect from 30 June 2020 and will not stand for re-
election at the Company’s next annual general meeting to be held on the same date.
Following the above, Ms Naidene Ford-Hoon (Fok), who was appointed to the Board on
17 July 2019, will be replacing Mr Seedat as member on the Audit Committee.
The Board thanks Mr Seedat for his invaluable contribution over the years and wishes him well
in his retirement.
