Changes to the Board and financial reporting update
Appointment of Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited (“the JSE”), the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to
advise shareholders of the following changes to the Board, effective immediately:
Moira Moses has been appointed as Chairperson of the Board.
Alexandra Watson has been appointed as the Deputy Chairperson of the Board.

Financial reporting
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 23 March
2020 advising shareholders that the Company intends to publish its 2019
Consolidated Financial Statements during May 2020. These financial statements
are now scheduled for release on Friday, 29 May 2020.
