RESCHEDULING OF PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2020
Shareholders are advised that as a result of the lockdowns in response to the COVID-19 pandemic across
South Africa and the United Kingdom, the anticipated date of publication of Stor-Age’s annual results for the
year ended 31 March 2020 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, 17 June 2020 (previously 9 June 2020).
This will provide the Company and its auditors with additional time required for the completion of the audit
fieldwork and finalisation of the results in both countries.
The Company will update shareholders as necessary should circumstances change.
