DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES BY KAGISO MANAGEMENT (PTY) LTD
In accordance with section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements and section
122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, shareholders are hereby advised
that Tongaat Hulett has received formal notification that Kagiso Management (Pty)
Ltd has disposed of a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such
that the total beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Kagiso
Management (Pty) Ltd now amounts to 4.83% of the total issued ordinary shares of
the Company.
As required in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, the required notice will be
filed with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
