NOTICE OF INCREASE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN MOTUS SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, MOTUS’ shareholders are advised
that Fairtree Asset Management (Pty) Limited has notified MOTUS that it has, on behalf of its
underlying clients, acquired ordinary securities of the Company, such that their beneficial interest
amounts to 5.1288% of the total number of securities in issue.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, MOTUS has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel (“TRP”).
