APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are advised that Mr Herman Kocks has been
appointed to the Board as independent non-executive director with effect from 25
May 2020.
Mr Kock’s experience in legal risk and compliance in his current, as well as previous
corporate and board positions, will be of immense value to Spanjaard and will
strengthen the Board of Spanjaard.
