Cautionary Announcement
Sasfin shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that Sasfin has received an unsolicited, conditional non-
binding offer for its entire minority interest in Efficient Group Limited (“Efficient”) at a valuation of R5.60 per
Efficient share. This values Sasfin’s holding in Efficient at R146,3 million.
Sasfin has entered into exclusive negotiations with the offeror. The offeror is not related to Efficient Group
Ltd. Should a transaction be successfully concluded, it may have a material effect on the price of the
Company’s securities. Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further detailed announcement is made.
