APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
following a tenure of 7 years, Cathie Lewis will resign as group company secretary of Grindrod with
effect from 31 May 2020. Cathie will remain at the company on a part time basis and focus
exclusively on Sustainability.
Following Cathie’s resignation, Vicky Commaille will be appointed as group company secretary of
Grindrod with effect from 1 June 2020. Vicky has a BCom degree, is a qualified company secretary
and has been with the company for 7 years.
