RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Cautionary Announcement released on SENS on 26 February
2020 and subsequent Renewal of Cautionary Announcements with the last renewal being
released on 19 April 2020.
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Business Rescue Practioners called a meeting
of creditors on Friday, 15 May 2020. The Business Rescue Plan is expected to be published
three weeks from now.
The Board together with the Business Rescue Practitioners will continue to keep shareholders
abreast of the business rescue process as and when required in terms of the Companies Act
2008 and the Listings Requirements. Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company’s securities.
