In accordance with the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, shareholders are hereby notified
that Mazars, with Yolandie Ferreira as the designated audit partner, have been appointed
as the external auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2019
with effect from 28 May 2020.
Deloitte remains engaged to complete the audit for all outstanding prior periods.
