RESIGNATION OF CHAIRPERSON OF THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) regrets to advise that Prof RH Stumpf resigned as
an independent non-executive director and chairperson of the Company, with effect from 27
May 2020 for medical reasons.
Prof RH Stumpf joined the Board in 2017 as the Company’s chairperson and has played an
integral part in the Company’s establishment, various acquisitions, the Company’s listing on
the JSE and laying the foundation for integrating the various subsidiaries into a single
comprehensive private higher education institution. The Board would like to sincerely thank
Prof RH Stumpf for his valuable contribution and dedication to STADIO Holdings over his
tenure and wishes him a speedy recovery.
The Board has commenced a process of identifying a suitable replacement and shareholders
will be advised as soon as such an appointment has been made.
