CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - UPDATE
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 21 February 2020 wherein it was advised
that Ms Prudence Lebina had resigned as the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Interim
Finance Director (“FD”) of the Company with effect from 31 May 2020, the GAIA Board wishes
to advise shareholders that Ms Lebina has extended her resignation period to now take effect
on 26 June 2020.
A further announcement regarding the appointment of a new CEO and FD will follow in due
course.
