CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are hereby advised, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, of the following change to the Board of Directors (Board).
An independent director vacancy exists as a result of the retirement of Ms Anu Sing at the Annual
General Meeting (AGM) of 28 May 2020.
The Board whishes to express its sincere appreciation to Ms Sing for her dedication, commitment,
and invaluable contribution to Exxaro during her tenure.
