September 2019 regarding the proposed change of name and distribution of the change of name circular.
Due to a systems error with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)’s registration
system, the Company was unsuccessful in obtaining the selected name. The change of name has
consequently been cancelled.
Certificated shareholders that have returned their share certificates to the Company’s Transfer
