CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND THE COMPOSITION OF THE AUDIT AND RISK
COMMITTEE OF THE COMPANY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised of the following changes to the composition of the Company’s board of
directors (“the Board”) and the audit and risk committee, effective 1 June 2020:
- Professor Ben Marx has resigned as director of the Board and as chairperson and member
of the audit and risk committee; and
- Ms. Karabo Ngwanamela Kekana has been appointed as the chairperson of audit and risk
committee.
The Company wishes to thank Professor Marx for his valuable contribution to the Company
and wishes him well with his future ventures.
