CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEE
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mr Friedrich Hans Esterhuyse has resigned as a member and chairman of the Mettle remuneration
committee with effect from 27 May 2020. Mr Esterhuyse will be replaced by Mr Hendrik van der Merwe
Scholtz.
Following the above change, the remuneration committee of the Company will comprise the following
non-executive directors:
• Mr. Hendrik van der Merwe Scholtz, as chairman;
• Mr. Bruce Andrew Chelius; and
• Mr. Marco Van Zyl Wentzel.
The board of directors of Mettle welcomes Mr. Hendrik van der Merwe Scholtz to the remuneration
committee and looks forward to his contribution.
