NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING THE RELEASE OF AN OPERATIONAL UPDATE BY THE ISSUER
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by the Issuer on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 3 June 2020, in respect of an operational update to security holders following the Santam
board meeting held on 3 June 2020 (“Update Announcement”).
The Update Announcement was released to inform security holders of the business performance of
Santam for the four-month period ended 30 April 2020. Noteholders are advised to refer to the
Update Announcement for full details in this regard.
