RESIGNATION OF THE SPORT AND RECREATION DIVISION’S CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Shareholders are advised that, Mr Cobus Loubser, Chief Executive of the Sport and Recreation division,
has tendered his resignation with effect from 30 November 2020.
In line with Long4Life’s core philosophy of decentralisation, the business units within the Sport and
Recreation division continue to be autonomously managed by their respective experienced Executives.
The board of directors and Executive management of Long4Life would like to thank Cobus for his
invaluable contribution and dedication to the division and Long4Life and wish him every success in his
future endeavours.
