In accordance with Section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, we hereby advise
shareholders that the Company was informed on 6 June 2020, that Public Investment Corporation SOC
Limited acquired Exxaro shares; their holding in the Company therefore, now equates to 15.012 per cent of
the total issued ordinary shares in the Company.
