Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 8 June
2020, entitled 'Extract from the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2020 and final and special cash
dividend declaration'("Initial Announcement").
Shareholders are advised that the Initial Announcement contains a typographical error in the financial
highlights table relating to the basic (loss)/earnings per share number for continuing operations, which was
reflected as (37.1) cents per share (in financial year 2020) rather than (67.1) cents per share as per the audited
financial statements.
The remainder of the disclosure in the Initial Announcement is correct.
