PLANNED DELAY IN THE RELEASE OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2020
Noteholders are referred to the JSE Limited’s general announcement of 3 April 2020 and the
market notice issued by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) relating to the impact of
the Covid-19 pandemic and national lockdown on financial reporting and auditing processes.
Nqaba wishes to advise that the issuer will be utilising the two-month extension period afforded
by the FSCA. The company’s audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2020 (“annual
results”) are expected to be released by no later than 31 August 2020.
Management is endeavouring to publish the annual results as soon as practicably possible and
will notify noteholders via SENS when the annual results release date has been finalised.
